A viewing of the show apartment (3.5 room apartment, no. 110.001, Hühnerbühlstrasse 33) including advice is also possible on request. Please book your viewing appointment directly online.

When applying for an apartment, you will be guided through our online application form. Your identity will be verified through an automated process. Please have your identity card or passport and possibly your residence permit ready.

No, you only need a personal identification option (ID or passport). All information is verified in the background by our partner companies. The name on your registration must match the name on your passport.

You can find the characteristics of an apartment directly in the apartment offer on our website. We provide you with a floor plan for each apartment and a brief description of the building. You can also get further insight into your desired apartment in our virtual tour on the website. The apartments are rented unfurnished.

After your application, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your application. We will then process your housing application within a few working days.

Rejections are automated after review. There can be several reasons for the rejection. Please make sure your gross household income is below 33% of the rent, and that you apply with a valid ID (passport or ID card).

The move-in date is always stated on our website. Further details on the move-in date can be clarified later with the responsible contact person (management).
